Report issues that are not a result of operational issues. For e.g., if on a bad day, feed services stop working, then that is an operational issue and not a bug

Bugs are different from feature requests. If an already existing feature is not serving its intended purpose, then it is a bug. For e.g. if TradingView terminal is not opening on a particular browser, then it is a bug.
